Step out of the scroll and back into your body, the land and the people around you.
We all have one thing in common - a calling to reset. Which is why this retreat is offering a space to soften, calm the nervous system, have space & time to reflect, do practices that help connect to your body, mind, and soul, eat clean and organic foods, and fall back in love with nature and life itself. This weekend is a chance to unplug, reset physically, mentally and energetically, and remember how good it feels to be with real people on real land.
Nobody here is above or below anyone else, the host included. We sit in the same circle.
Come exactly as you are. There's nothing to prove and no one to perform for.

My passion is to share, guide, and hold space for individuals as they evolve on their wellness path.
I'm a trilingual (Spanish, English, and French) certified yoga instructor since 2018. And I've been teaching online and in person across Canada, the U.S., Peru and Australia. My vast experience has ranged from personal 1:1 sessions, studio classes, hosting yoga retreats, and co-hosting Yoga Teacher Trainings. Becoming a teacher triggered and blossomed a deep root of love for the spiritual, physical, and mental practice of yoga that has kept me hooked. You can expect challenging yet meaningful classes that consciously connect prana (breath) to asana (postures). There is so much you can uncover when diving into the yoga world. It is a never-ending romance with yourself and the world. When you are ready, let's meet at our mats and connect.

@foodbydiego ↗"Anik is an amazing instructor, very attentive to each person's individual needs and so gentle in her approach. The location she chose is perfect for a retreat: wild, remote, and beautifully isolated, yet all we needed was available, thoughtfully cared for, and abundant! Thank you very much for having me and creating such a memorable experience, Anik. With deep gratitude."
"This retreat showed me I can step out of my comfort zone and trust that things will work out. There were challenges that I overcame and actually enjoyed. I am very grateful for my life, and my little luxuries and amenities, but this retreat was a time to step away from all that and recognise that less can be more."
"I will cherish the time at the retreat for the rest of my life. Even though none of the guests knew each other, Anik and the Driftwood staff provided an environment that brought us all so tightly together that it felt as if I had a second family in the middle of nowhere. We were challenged with the yoga classes and the adventures in a subtle way that, even though we had the choice of not doing it, everybody was motivated to try. Some adjustments had to be made to the schedule, but it was gracefully done in such a way that it seemed planned. The whole week felt well structured and flexible at the same time. Every second was worth it, and I would definitely do it again, even though it required 11 planes, several boats, trains, buses and cars and many hours of travelling."
"I first discovered the deep mind-body connection aspect of yoga in Anik’s classes. While Anik is the most knowledgeable and capable instructor I’ve had to date, what truly sets her apart is the wisdom she imparts during her guided practice. Her expertise goes far beyond how to practice yoga, and focuses on the psychological aspects of why we came to the practice in the first place. I can draw a discernible line in the state of my well-being before and after having Anik as an instructor, and highly recommend others to experience the transformational journey of her classes."
"I have taken Anik's classes for 18 months at Espace Thomas in Montreal, often three to four times weekly. Her classes are a nice blend of flow and rhythm, and Anik shows the moves and poses at the start of the yoga practice. Upon learning the moves, the class connects each pose and flows from one position to another. Throughout the classes, Anik helps students adjust and challenges them to improve from one week to another. I highly recommend Anik as a yoga teacher, as your practices will be enjoyable and challenge you to improve your technique and form."
"I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for Anik, my yoga teacher. Anik is an incredibly dedicated and encouraging instructor who brings a smile and a positive attitude to every class. Her genuine kindness and generosity of spirit have made a significant impact on my yoga journey. Anik's dedication to her students is evident in the way she tailors each session to meet our individual needs, always ensuring that we feel supported and motivated. Her encouraging words and warm demeanor create a welcoming and uplifting environment, making each class a joy to attend. I am truly grateful to have met Anik. Her positive influence has not only improved my physical practice but has also enriched my overall well-being. I wholeheartedly recommend Anik to anyone seeking a compassionate and inspiring yoga teacher. "
